Запах полыни. Пора отпусков

Верблюд качаясь по песку
размеренно и осторожно
идёт. Я берегу тоску.
Зуд просыпается дорожный,
и шаг за шагом тень скользит
из-под копыт безмолвной струйкой.
Вас стало трудно поразить?
Дракон сверкнет вдали чешуйкой.
И ветер застит мир стеной
разбушевавшихся ифритов.
Послышится из тьмы: «Не ной!»
Наперебой: «В аду горите!»
Но что такое рай и ад?
Ответа нет. Луна над миром
начнёт чудес земных парад
сперва приснив меня эмиром,
а после девы тонкий стан
качнётся пальмой и исчезнет.
И вновь возникнет Регистан,
а с ним любовь, верблюд и бездна.
