Над Москвой и над Нью-Йорком
ночь проходит с интервалом
от заката до рассвета.
В тот момент, когда ты встала,
за окном промчалось лето
над Москвой и над Нью-Йорком.
Над Нью-Йорком и Москвою
звёзды спят одни и те же,
Северное полушарье
украшая, как и прежде.
Пролетая, их смешал я
над Нью-Йорком и Москвою.
Над двумя материками
в направлении вращенья,
убегая от рассвета,
ночь готовит превращенье
снов в ответы в тусклом свете
над двумя материками.
Над вертящейся планетой,
далеко над облаками,
наши мысли вслед за летом
улетают, мотыльками
оживая в лунном свете
над вертящейся планетой.
