Когда на зеркало страницы
по мановению души
слова слетаются, как птицы,
я слышу шёпот: "Не спеши!.."
А я спешу, спешу без меры,
пока ты сладко спишь - пишу,
не от желания быть первым...
Я этой спешкою - дышу.
"Ты шут!" - Да, шут. Да шут со мною.
Что напишу - потом сомну,
перечитав порой дневною.
И снова буду ждать луну.
Так в чём же смысл? В отраженьи
любви и бренности души?..
Ты сладко спишь, рука в движеньи
выводит строчку: "...Не спеши!"
